What is posture you have to do every day? We know we have different status between ours physical body and mind, so that we can choose different posture in every day. However, we truly realize some of postures we have to practice everyday, but which that ?

這個體式名稱:Supta Virasana 臥英雄式,圖片選擇磚塊來做支撐,但您可依自己身體的狀況來選擇適合的輔具,如:抱枕或毛毯等。

The posture called Supta Virasana. I use two blocks under our back, one of under my head another one under my bottom of shoulder blade but you can choose your props depends on your physical body. eg. bolster or blanket, etc.
