近來接獲新朋友詢問:想學好體式,瑜伽體式練了幾年,但經常跟隨老師口令練習,但因為人數太多,只能在後面跟著練,實在不知道練習的狀況為何,很想更深入瞭解一些基礎體式的正確練法。

Many students told me how to do a good quality posture even though they practice over 3 years. We suggest you join our class because we truly understand what is practice sequence suitable for your physical body and we can help you to do these postures.
@ 以下圖片的這幾個體式,基礎班同學都學會了呢,體式的練習可以很簡單,也可以很難,但,我們都承認,我們都需要有好的老師指導,再加上自我練習,即使您練的是基礎動作,但也可能是進階體式的重要根基喔。
