適合練習對象:剛接觸瑜伽學習者,平均每週練習一次,著重於建立紮實的基礎動作練習,在安全方式下進入更進階的體位法。
該階段著重於站姿,前伸展、、扭轉、修復、坐立體式。
主要使用輔具:磚塊,瑜伽繩,牆壁。

推薦給瑜珈初學者,以及首次接觸正位瑜珈的練習者。這堂課強調正位瑜珈的基礎原則,協助練習者建立紮實的基礎並培養練習的智慧,用以日後能安全地進入更進階的體位法。學員在這堂課會專注在站姿、前彎、簡單扭轉與放鬆的體位法練習。

主要練習體式:trikonasana, V1, V2, parsvakonasana, parsvotanasana, prasarita padottanasana, uttanasana, ardho mukha svanasana, Marichyasana 3, 1, bavarajasana 1, setu bankda savangasana, supta badha konasana

Appropriated for those who are new to yoga practitioner who practice almost once a week. The class emphasizes the basic principles to help you establish solid foundation into advanced poses base on safety principle. The class to focus on standing yoga poses, forward bends, simple twists , sitting and relaxation.
