Virabhadrasana 3 戰士 3 – elbow with chair


保持兩腿伸直,若無法雙腿伸直,先學習, 下方腿直,從站姿基礎課開始學習喔⋯⋯。
In Virabhadrasana 3 pose, legs should be straighten . If you could not straight legs, start from standing postures in basic course.

Question for you:

(1) 下方的腿後側怎麼延展 ?How to straight your standing leg ?

(2) 抬起的腿(上方的腿),大腿應該怎麼做?腳背呢 ? How about upper leg? Back of feet?

(3)  戰士3 可以調整我們的站姿嗎? Does the Virabhadrasana 3 can adjust our standing postures ?  也許,練習戰士3之前,先把半月式練好。May be,  we can try Ardha Chandrasana before Virabhadrasana 3 .
