扭轉三角式 – 預備式 Parvrita trikonasana (Preparation)

當我們準備進入 Parvrita trikonasana 扭轉三角式之前,要先穩定後大腿的根基,即使是初學者,也要學習後大腿根基的穩定,建議不要提起腳跟進入,壓穩後腳跟後再進入。

We need to learn stable back of leg before into Parvrita Trikonasana posture. Even though you are beginner still keep stable back leg, please don’t raise your heel. 

任何程度的同學,在做扭轉三角式時,都至少要做到以下兩點:

(1) 後腿穩固  back leg stable

(2) 背部凹陷  Concave back
