Question for you: 是否女性不適合練習較進階的體式呢 ? Does these advanced postures should be discontinued as age advances ?
其實女性是可以練習較進階的體式喔(如下圖是較進階的體式),即使結了婚,年紀漸長,也是可以的,但過程,需要慢慢的建立身體的力量(如基礎課程中練習的體式),不能燥進,保持心情放鬆,當經期來時,更需要做些修復體式,反而能啟動身體的自我修復及調節功能,練習體式時,會更能體會放鬆的感覺。。
下圖示範的是 : pincha mayurasana 手肘倒立,頭不著地,同學們需要靠牆,且扶磚,並將繩子套在手肘上方,以穩定雙臂的力量,並停留至少 1分鐘。(經期不練倒立及閉鎖式前彎與扭轉,及較深度的後彎)
@在教室練習倒立體式有幾項原則:
- 先不要練習:無支撐(完成式)頭立式。( Don’t do sirsasana final pose)
- 先練習:靠牆有輔具支撐的頭立預備式1.2.3,且要停留穩定。supported salamba sirsasana preparation 1,2,3.
- 再練習:靠牆有輔具支撐的手肘倒立預備式,且要停留穩定,上圖還不是完成式。supported salamba pincha mayurasana preparation 1,2,3.
- 並同時進行:有輔具支撐的肩立式變化式練習。supported salamba sarvangasana variation.
- 再進階一點:再練習:靠牆有輔具支撐的手倒立預備式1.2.3,且要停留穩定。supported Adho Mukha Vrksasana preparation 1,2,3.
上述 2.3.4,5 要練習到老師說ok了,才能離牆,但還是要用輔具。

The most complicated and advanced postures are within the reach of women and can be performed by them without detracting from their femininity.
