這些體式就是 Viparita Dandasana on chair 😃也是我最喜歡的系列動作。。。 身體前側肌肉會被伸展得很多喔。。。

其實,這個系列的體式是很:「療癒的」,而且,會產生「喜悅感」尤其是對女性而言。。。

以前,我不喜歡練習這個體式,但現在變了,可以停留比較久時間,停留時,伸展身體前側的感覺真的很敞開。 As before, i don’t like practice these postures, but now, I changed my mind. I can stayed it for more times, when I staying I can felt my front of body especially my abdominal be strengthen. That is wonderful for my spine.
