課程單堂共 90分鐘,過程中,會依學員狀況使用不同的輔具。

課程內容: Basice基礎  ~ Level 1  都適合參加。

    # 本堂課提供給練習較熟練的同學,希望能加深練習,對基礎動作進入停留離開已有概念,但希望在練習中,能做更精確的深入練習者。
    # The class offer to senior practitioner, you would like to deep practice in subtle practice in Iyengar practice sequence, if you are a beginner , please don’t try.

    # 初學者勿報名該堂課。

    #課程內容: Level 1 (平均每週練習 3-5次 )
    # 單堂課程:$550 , 3堂首次體驗 $1,180 (學員扣除堂數)
    # $400 / single class, $1,180 / 3 class for first

    #上課人數:3人開班,5人精緻小班 ( 5 people a class)
    # 課程時間: 單堂 90分鐘

    #Level 1 課程內容: 

    # 口令:不再強調基本口令,但會依學員的練習狀況給予需要的精簡口令,過程較為流暢,初學者勿試。The class no basic teaching words, but we will offer more deep and subtle command for you.

    體式內容有:加強站姿坐姿,前伸展,扭轉,後彎體式練習,中間以 supta Virasana臥英雄修復,每次課程都會練習的主要體式為:(1) Salamba Sirsasana 頭倒立(可靠牆,停留 1-3分鐘 (2) Salamba Sarvangasana肩立式(可使用輔具,停留 1-3分鐘)。 A class follow Iyengar level 1 sequence to lead practice , include standing, forwarding, twist , back bend postures, and choose supta virasana to restorative your body and mind. The essential postures including Salamba Sirsasana and salamba Sarvangasana )
