練習瑜伽的方法和前提條件 - 四肢酸痛

初學者在開始體式練習後,會經歷四肢的酸痛,生活中的各行各業都是如此。但隨著不斷地練習,酸痛會變得越來越小,最終消失。 然而,如果疼痛持續,應當停止讓種引起疼痛的體式,轉而練習一些其他簡單的體式,過些天後,再小心謹慎地嚐試練習之前會讓你產生酸痛的體式。

透過兩邊重複的動作和對身體反應的觀察,我們需要找出練習這些體式時引起疼痛的原因,假如右邊疼左邊不疼,就看看你左邊是如何練習的,讓身體的右邊模仿同樣的動作。

如果左邊,反之亦然。

透過試驗和體驗,你將學會練習正確的體式,進而避免錯誤動作引起的疼痛。

The beginner will experience aches in the limbs after beginning the sadhana . It is so in all walks of life. With regular practice the ache gradually becomes less and less and ultimately disappears. If however, the ache persists, stop the asanas which cause pain and do simpler ones from the same section. After a few days again try those which caused you trouble cautiously and carefully.

Find out the causes of pain in the postures by repeating the movements. on either side and observing the reactions. Suppose the right side pains and not the left; see how you performed on the left. Imutate the same movement on the right and vice versa if the pain is on the opposite side. By trial and experience you will learn to perform correct asanas and get relieved from wrong pains.
