在艾揚格練習序列中,拜日式 (Surya Namaskara) 是排在站立體式之後喔,(對初學者來說)

拜日式是體式的連接

,雖然在初學階段各個體式是分開學習的,但對於初學者,最好在站立體式之後再做拜日式,

因為練習完站立體式,身體會變得柔軟和靈活,而習慣練習之後,則可以直接從拜日式開始。

通常坐立和向前的伸展體式,練習上要求特別專注,甚至要求更多特別嚐試,儘管持久練習這些體式,會帶來安靜與平和,

但它們也可以會讓初學者昏沈,這必須要避免,而拜日式有助於帶來敏銳和迅捷。

Surya Namaskara is athe linking of asanas though each asana is learnt separately in the beginning . for beginners it is better to do the Surya Namaskara after the standing asanas since the body becomes supple and mobile. However, after having become used to the practice, one can begin with Surya Namaskara.

Often, the sitting and forward extension asanas require special attention and more so a special attempt to practice. Although these asanas when done for a prolonged duration bring calmness and quietness, they may lead to lethargy in the beginners. This has to be avoided. At this point, Surya Namaskara helps to bring quickness and sharpness.
