洗澡可以潔淨我們身體的皮膚。而透過練習體位法,我們不但可以淨化血液、滋養細胞,而且還可以同時清潔我們內在微妙的身體。藉由留意我們所消化的食物,我們可以保持身體的潔淨。。。若我們內心擁有潔淨與寧靜,我們就可以與環境互相協調,只要我們保持身心平衡而清淨,日常生活中變化、紛擾,就不會讓我們感到煩惱而身心失衡. 我們需要維持內心的寧靜、靈活、輕盈,如此可讓我們進入更深層的洞察與轉變。

We can wash the skin of our bodies with a bath, but through asana practice we not only purify our blood and nourish cells. Be watching what we ingest into our bodies, we can keep our bodies cleaner. If we have cleanliness and serenity inside, we can harmonize with the immediate environment. We’re in balance and clean, so changes, disturbances in our daily life do not throw us off balance. If we want to transform ourselves, we have to clean or purify, to have that serenity, flexibility, buoyancy within, and then we can go on to the transformations in the deeper levels of consciousness.
