最近試試:修復式後彎系列,讓緊繃的關節處伸展放鬆。


最近練習的後彎系列,同學反應很好:
可適合 Basic基礎~Level 1程度的同學

2. ardho mukha svanasana (小腿垂直地板,小腿平行:鴿式)x 2
3. 頭倒立預備式,或完成式
4. 手肘倒立預備式,或完成式
5。bhavaraja 1 x 2
6. bhavaraja 2 x 2
7. Marijasana 3 x 2
8. 半魚王式 1 x 2
9. urdha mukha svanasana – palms on block , no block
10. viptarita dandasana with chair – head supported , and no support -bend knees
11. pasva upavista konasana x 1
12. pasva upavista konasana – ardho muka x 1
13. marijasana 1 – twrist – with blanket on groin
14. ardho mukha swastikasana – pasva
15. ardho mukha swastikasana – ardho mukha
16. svasana
