很多同學很不愛做這個體式:Uttanasana 加強前屈伸展式,我也還在努力中。。。

該怎麼進入這個體式呢 ?手該擺哪好呢? 腳要的位置在哪兒呢 ? 肩胛骨要怎麼做 ?它的變化式是什麼呢?大腿後側肌群太緊繃會影響這個體式嗎 ?

How to start the posture? where is my hands ? put on my ankle or toes or others ? where is my feet? How about the shoulder blade ?  what is the variety ? how about your hamstring muscles tight would affect the posture ?
