很多時候,我們練習上弓式,手的力量會比較多,但一旦推上來後,手的力量要學習慢慢的放輕些。
我試著把重心來到「腿」,這樣「骼骨」比較容易提起,由於「骼骨」提得較高些,反而腿不會太辛苦,且手的力量會變輕些。
In the past time, I usually use my hands force than legs when i do Urdhva Danurasana posture. But now, I transfer the weight to my legs because ilium bone raise easily and higher so my hands effort less than before.
