頭下有支撐的下犬式,是修復體式,讓心智容易保持安靜,鎮定,放鬆。也是經期第3天體式,該動作可停留:3-5分鐘。身體會產生熱能,身體只要有熱,自然免疫力提升。

The posture is a restorative pose, it can let your mind keep quietening, calming, relaxing . 

使用輔具:抱枕 或 磚塊 或毛毯。Support your head on a bolster or block or blanket .
