我們徵求 Joe Chang 同學同意,分享這三張照片,因為 Joe 他有做到 Utthita Parsvakonasana 側角伸展式 的幾個要點喔:
(1) 屈腿時,保持坐骨等高。
(2) 屈腿的小腿垂直地板。
(3) 保持胸腔向前。
(4) 保持胸腔寛閱。
(5) 不要將所有重量全部壓在彎曲的腿上。
(6) 從右腳到右手在同一直線上伸展。
Joe 他其實不需要使用輔具,但我們仍然請他示範使用輔具,有些同學需要使用輔具讓身體回到正位:
(1) 左膝前側頂磚,讓小腿垂直地板。
(2) 右手手指碰牆,是要讓胸腔保持寛閣,並讓右手保持向上延伸並讓脊柱右腿來到同一條線上。
(3) 左手下扶磚,讓身體重量不要太過來到左腿。

We can find some of good way from Joe Chang who did Utthita Parsvakonasana posture as below:
(1) keep hip bone evenly when bent the knee
(2) bent left knee and the shin is perpendicular to the floor
(3) keep chest forward
(4) keep the structure of the thoracic chest broad.
(5) do not put dead weight on the bent leg.
(6) keep extension from right foot to right hand.
Mr. Joe who need not use props but he still use the prop because for some student they need these prop let their body back to right position.
(1) front of bent (left) knee against block, it can be let shin vertical on the floor.
(2) keep right finger touch wall, it can be let thoracic chest broad and extension from right foot to right hand.
(3) Left hand touch block , do not put dead weight on the bent leg.
